  • Device Details – Information such as device brand and model, shown based on the IMEI.

We collect this information to help you check your phone and ensure the system works correctly.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Help you confirm if your mobile phone is genuine.
  • Improve the performance and security of the SIMU Klear platform.
  • Respond to your questions or feedback, if provided.
  • Maintain service logs and usage trends for system monitoring.

We do NOT use your data for marketing or commercial purposes, and we will NEVER sell your information.

Cookies and Website Data

SIMU Klear may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • Remember your session and preferences.
  • Measure system performance.
  • Help us make the website easier to use.

You can choose to disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may affect how some features work.

Who We Share Your Data With

Your information is kept secure and confidential. It may be stored using trusted Mobile Network Operators. These operators are only allowed to use your data to help us deliver the SIMU Klear service and are required to protect it under strict confidentiality agreements.

How Long We Keep Your Information

  • IMEI entries and verification logs are retained for a short period (not exceeding 72 hours) to help with system analytics and support.
  • Contact or feedback records may be kept for up to 30 days, unless required longer for legal or support reasons.

After that, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

How We Keep Your Information Safe

We use strong security tools to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
  • Secure servers and access controls
  • Regular system reviews and updates

You also play a role—never share your IMEI, NIN or device details with untrusted websites.
